Job Description:
Five Star in-home sales reps are responsible for lead generation running set appointments, inspecting, estimating and closing on contracts. Robust knowledge of Five Star materials and building processes will be trained in house. Once training is complete, sales representatives will drive to appointments and run through the Five Star offerings, providing an excellent experience to homeowners, and helping them with their dream projects. Sales people can enjoy challenging new projects on a daily basis as they navigate the world of custom home building services.
Requirements
Licensing: Reps must carry an active Washington driver license.
Physical: Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds. Must have the capacity to inspect existing structure in all weather. No College is necessary.
Experience: Performance at a current or previous in-home sales jobs (required). Minimum 1-years experience of in-home sales.
Transportation:
Reliable transportation that meets company standards is required. Five Star will require a fitted company paid for company sign magnate on the reps vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed. Your goal is to perform so you can drive a company vehicle after three months of service
Benefits
Pay: First 2 months a salary provided with commissions.
Training pay provided.
Commission – Base Pay after two months
Mid-Tier reps average closing percentage is 40%, with top reps closing at 45%.
After 3 months of success a company vehicle will be provided.

Requirements

Experience:
Assistant crew member: 1+ year experience in framing, carpentry, or deck/siding building.
Crew Member: 6 months + experience in a building trades position. Ability to read a tape measure and identify tools.
Transportation:
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to ensure consistent on-time arrival to job sites.
Communication: Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Must have a working cell phone.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds with prolonged standing.
